New Office, New Leadership; Change in the Air at COAR

Last week COAR board members, supporters, staff, volunteers and community members came together at our new office to celebrate a handful of milestones. COAR was founded six years ago by Sambo Dul – once a Cambodian refugee and ASU student. Today, the 501c3 has two full-time employees, a new office space, and the bold determination to improve the well-being of more refugees in Arizona than ever before.
